WHAT IS COLON HYDROTHERAPY?

Colon Hydrotherapy, or Colonics, is the introduction of warm filtered water into the colon, removing waste material that your body may not be removing effectively.

WHY DO PEOPLE HAVE COLON HYDROTHERAPY?

​Having a closed system colonic results in a cleansed digestive environment which enables the growth of healthy bacteria. Our digestive systems are overworked and sluggish due to overeating, taking medications, eating processed and genetically modified foods, alcohol consumption and even stress. This contributes to poor digestion which results in symptoms such as excessive gas, bloating and/or constipation. Colon Hydrotherapy is an efficient method to cleanse your colon, detox the body and alleviate digestive discomfort. It can assist in a wide range of issues including constipation, bloating, flatulence, depression/anxiety, poor skin health, infertility, weight management, low immune systems, disturbed sleep patterns, IBS/Crones and concentration problems.

  • We recommend keeping yourself well hydrated 24-48 hours prior to your appointment
     

  • Reduce or avoid consuming carbonated drinks 3 days beforehand
     

  • Avoid arriving to your appointment with a full stomach. We are performing abdominal massage that can be uncomfortable if you have a full tummy, so please be mindful of this on the day of your treatment
     

  • Deep breaths - it's not as scary as you're imagining and we will be with you every step of the way

Please take note of your appointment details at the time of booking. We ask that you don't rely solely on your complimentary text reminder. 

You will receive your text reminder 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows 24 hours to notify us of any changes, rescheduling, or cancellations you may need to make.

Any appointment changes, rescheduling, or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will fall under the following policy:

  • Day prior to appointment: $50 fee

  • Day of appointment: $100 fee. Please note: If you've confirmed your appointment, a full service fee will be incurred.

  • Day-of-appointment: Cancellations, reschedules or no-shows incur the full service fee.

  • Saturday appointments: Cancellations/reschedules or no-shows incur the full service fee.
