Anti-wrinkle & volume loss consultation in Canberra.
Consultations for injectable treatments to address expression lines, restore volume and enhance natural facial balance. These treatments are designed to achieve subtle, refreshed results that complement your individual features while maintaining natural expression.
All procedures involve prescription-only medicines administered by our Registered Nurse. Suitability is thoroughly assessed during a consultation, where your medical history, treatment goals and facial anatomy are reviewed before any treatment is provided.

The Process
What happens at a consultation.
Your consultation at Authentix begins with a thorough review of your medical history. This is not a formality — injectable treatments are prescription-only medicines, and the medical assessment that precedes them is the foundation of safe and appropriate care. Medications, health conditions and recent treatments are all discussed at this stage.
Your Registered Nurse then conducts a skin and facial assessment — examining structure, skin quality, existing concerns and relevant anatomy. This informs the discussion of your goals and what is clinically realistic to address. You'll find the conversation is collaborative and straightforward.
A treatment plan is developed in-clinic. Whether treatment proceeds at the same visit or whether a separate appointment is scheduled depends on the outcomes of your assessment.
Treatment is only recommended when it is considered safe and appropriate.
Areas of Concern
What the consultation covers.
The consultation addresses the full picture of your skin and facial contours.
Below are the categories of the most common concerns. These are not meant to be a description of our specific treatments or medicines.
Concern area
Expression lines
Dynamic lines often develop through repeated facial movement over time. Their depth, location and your overall facial anatomy are all considered during assessment. Management options are discussed in the context of your specific presentation.
Concern area
Volume changes
Injectable treatment is one component of a broader conversation about skin health. Complementary approaches — including skincare, sun protection and other treatments — are often discussed alongside any injectable planning.
Concern area
Facial balance
Asymmetry and proportional concerns are common discussion points during consultation. Where clinically suitable, treatment planning considers facial balance and natural structure to complement the client's unique features.
Concern area
Long-term skin health
Injectable treatments are just one part of a broader conversation about your skin and facial health. During your consultation, your Registered Nurse may also discuss skincare, sun protection and complementary treatment options where appropriate.
Registered Nurse
Administered by a Registered Nurse.

All injectable procedures involve prescription-only medicines administered by our Registered Nurse in a clinical setting. Every treatment is supported by comprehensive clinical assessment, prescribing authority and ongoing professional accountability to ensure safe, appropriate care.
Prescriptions are issued in full compliance with current TGA and AHPRA regulations. Treatments are not available without a prior consultation and medical assessment. Clients who have had treatments elsewhere are assessed as new patients — previous treatment history is relevant, but does not replace the in-clinic assessment process at Authentix.
