What is colon hydrotherapy?
Colon hydrotherapy, also known as colonic irrigation, has been practiced for over five centuries. Today, similar principles remain embedded within traditional Ayurvedic medicine as part of Panchakarma, one of the five purification therapies.

What to expect
Your first appointment begins with a thorough consultation to understand your current state of health, any concerns you may have, your medical history and desired outcomes.
Here's what you can expect every step of the way.
Before your session
To optimsie the benefits of your treatment, we recommend having a light meal only in the 4 hours beforehand, and we encourage you to stay well hydrated in the lead-up to your appointment. Where possible, try to limit your intake of carbonated beverages.
During the session
You'll be guided to a private treatment room, where your experienced practitioner will explain every step before commencing.
Warm, filtered water is then gently introduced, while an abdominal massage is performed using an essential oil blend, to encourage release and support your comfort.
Every session is tailored to your individual needs and typically lasts between 45 and 60 minutes.
After your session
Following your treatment, you'll receive electrolytes, magnesium and a dairy-free probiotic to continue supporting hydration and digestive health. We recommend staying well hydrated and choosing lighter meals options for that day.
Many clients notice they feel lighter, more comfortable and refreshed after their appointments.
For optimal results, we recommend scheduling your follow-up treatment within 3–4 weeks.

Coffee enema
An organic coffee solution is administered at the conclusion of your colon hydrotherapy treatment. The coffee is retained for approximately 10–15 minutes to support healthy bile flow, stimulate liver function and encourage continued bowel emptying.
A Chlorella supplement is provided afterwards to support toxin binding.
